In addition to our normal opening hours, we provide an emergency service, 24 hours a day. The emergency service is available via the normal Thornbury telephone number.
Veterinary Consultations
We provide consultations throughout the day with one of our experienced and dedicated veterinary surgeons. Our consultations are by appointment only, and our friendly team are happy to make appointments for you at reception or over the phone.

Nurse Clinics
Our enthusiastic and professional team of fully qualified nurses offer a vast range of FREE services. They run appointments throughout the day to provide you with high quality advice on how to keep your pet healthy. These include:
  • Puppy and kitten checks
  • Weight checks and dietary advice
  • Dental clinics - to check on the health of your pet's teeth and gums.
  • Rabbit health checks
  • Parasite checks
  • 'Fit for life' health checks -for cats and dogs over the age of seven
  • Removal of stitches
  • Post operative checks
  • Microchipping
  • Insurance advice
  • Pet Passport advice
These nurse clinics are free, although there would be a charge for any medication, food or microchip provided.
